Symphony of Voices
We’re a diverse group brought together by our enjoyment of singing and the challenge of learning and creating music that audiences truly enjoy.
With members from different backgrounds and generations, our chorus is a mix of characters who also have become great friends. Compass Acapella is more than just a singing group; it’s a kind and welcoming community that we’re all proud to be part of.
OUR musical repertoire
Our song selection spans musical and pop hits from the 1960s to present day, featuring diverse music genres. We enhance our repertoire with powerful ballads that add depth and variety to our performances.
Among our favourites are tunes like Bruce Springsteen’s “Dancing in the Dark,” Secret Garden’s “You Raise Me Up,” Barry Manilow’s “One Voice,” Simon & Garfunkel’s “Sound of Silence,” and the fabulous Beatles’ “Fool on The Hill.”
We constantly introduce new arrangements, ensuring our songs stay fresh. As soon as we prepare a new number for performance, we delve into learning another song to keep us on our toes. And, of course, as the festive season approaches, we eagerly rehearse Christmas favourites.
